and that all this literature based on the original Vedas is widely known to many readers around the world and naturally Śrīla Prabhupāda, as the author of this unique spiritual literature, is also known. When he wrote this literature, very serious questions arose about the safety of this literature, because this issue is most relevant for spiritual literature, because spiritual literature is not just someone's speculation, it is real instructions and a guide to action, how to do it, how to act in order to achieve certain spiritual results in life, and therefore such literature is especially in need of protection so that no one rewrites it, does not change it in any way, and therefore Śrīla Prabhupāda decided to use the Trust as a tool for preserving and processing copyright rights.
